You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order.
Return conditions
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to request a return
To request a return, contact us and include your order number. We will guide you through the next steps of the process.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
