ODA is a digital store specialising in handcrafted stone bracelets. All products are carefully created and sold exclusively through the Website.

Before confirming your order, you will be able to review the selected products, the total price including taxes and shipping costs, and correct any possible errors. Once the purchase process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. The contract will be considered concluded when we send the order confirmation.

Payments are processed through certified payment service providers such as Stripe. ODA does not store the full details of your bank card. All transactions are carried out through encrypted connections and security protocols that comply with international data protection standards.

For international shipments outside Switzerland, customers may be subject to taxes, duties or customs fees established by the authorities of the destination country. These additional costs are not included in the product price and must be assumed by the customer.

If you act as a consumer within the European Union, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal for distance purchases, except for the exceptions legally provided. To process a return, you must contact us through the email indicated on the website, specifying your order number and the reason for the request.

ODA offers a 30-day satisfaction commercial guarantee, in addition to the legal rights that may correspond to the consumer under the applicable regulations. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural wear or incorrect handling of the product.

Each stone used in our pieces is unique, so slight variations in colour, texture or veins may occur compared to the images shown on the Website. These differences are part of the authenticity of the product and do not constitute a defect.

These Conditions are governed by the legislation of the Swiss Confederation. Without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to the consumer under mandatory regulations applicable in their country of residence, any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, as well as purchases made through it, will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legislation.
